Q: Do you make customized products or finished parts

A: We make customized parts, all are made according to customer's drawings or samples. If you have any parts to be made, please kindly contact us freely to send your drawings or samples to us.

Q: Will my drawing be safe after you get it?

A: Yes, sure. We will not release your design to any third party without your permission. And if you like, we can sign NDA before you send us drawings.

Q: What is the MOQ?

A: Normally we don’t set MOQ, but the more qty, price would be better. We are also happy to make prototype part or samples for customer to ensure quality standard.

Q: Whether some samples can be provided?

A: Yes, samples cost can be free but delivery cost would be at customers’ side.

Q: What’s the lead time?

A: Usually 7-15days for samples once confirm to make.

Q: How to deal it when they are found to be in poor quality?

A: Usually we will not release poor quality out to ship, all our products are QC inspected and accepted with inspection report before delivery and generally there will no non-conformance. However, if non-conformance parts are found from your side, please kindly contact us immediately, take some pictures and we will check the problems asap at the first time.
